My Favorite Multipurpose Camera Bag

I’ve been collecting camera bags for the last several years and I wanted to take a moment to share one of my favorite multipurpose bags. The Kate messenger bag by Kelly Moore has been everywhere with me from long days at the office to an overseas trip to Europe! Though this isn’t my go-to bag to take on location during portrait sessions, it’s been great to have for so many other reasons.

The definition of multipurpose!

This bag has been perfect for hauling around my annoyingly large 15 inch laptop and packing up my office when I’m on the go. It’s been ideal for my traveling experiences because it can safely carry my camera equipment and supplies, while providing additional space to pack extra clothing when flying. I use it as my “personal bag” on flights and it’s been so much more effective than carrying a standard purse/tote bag. It’s the travel buddy I never knew I needed!

Compartments galore

While we’re on the subject of the many uses of this bag, I should mention the endless storage compartments. There are plenty of places to store memory cards, business cards, office supplies, sanitary items, wallets, etc. Like other camera bags, it comes with adjustable dividers and removable storage to convert it to a typical messenger bag.

It stands the test of time

I purchased this bag several years ago and to my knowledge, it’s no longer produced by KM. After all this time, my bag has minimal signs of wear and tear even though I’m far from gentle with it.

Quality camera bags can be a bit pricey, but in my experience this one has been worth the investment.
