Speak to them about what they need to feel better, offer incentives, let them explore the scenery, take breaks as needed and try to enjoy the process even if it’s not going perfectly. I know capturing your child at this time in life is important, especially after you’ve invested, planned, etc. If the session isn’t going as smoothly as you hope for, don’t forget that we’re in this together!
